Advanced through Senior Planner, Economic Development Manager, and ultimately Executive Officer roles, leading the final phase of a 26-year, multi-jurisdictional military-base reuse program spanning land use, infrastructure, higher education, and environmental obligations.
DART / Low-Altitude Economy Ecosystem
Co-founded and scaled an independent nonprofit platform connecting industry, education, government, and infrastructure around the region's emerging drone, aviation, and robotics sector.
Joby Aviation / Marina Aerospace Expansion
Supported site-selection and ecosystem work during the Fort Ord era, then carried that domain knowledge directly into a City of Marina retention engagement — coordinating workforce, university, municipal, and state relationships.
AAM Infrastructure System
Co-founded the Monterey Bay Tech Hub and led its Infrastructure Working Group, convening monthly since February 2024 to prepare a multi-airport region for advanced air mobility deployment.
Advanced Aviation Workforce System
Developed and scaled employer-driven apprenticeship, education, and K-12 pathways connecting advanced manufacturing and aviation employers to a trained local workforce.
Fort Bragg Mill Site Diversification
Led a competitive, multidisciplinary economic-diversification analysis for a ~430-acre former industrial waterfront property, identifying community-aligned reuse concepts.
